We are seeing explosive growth in the Swedish market and have recently raised a large funding round, to continue our growth journey in Sweden and internationally.
Mynt is a tech first company with a product-oriented mindset and a vision to solve pain points for businesses. In 2021, Mynt became a licensed issuer and an E-money institution by the Swedish Regulatory Authorities.

Mynt is currently around 45 employees, and we are looking to double our team size during the coming year to power our growth.
About the role
In your role as Business & Sales Developer you will take the responsibility to develop our business, book and have meetings with CEOs/CFOs. The main tool to reach your goals is your phone and online demo meetings. You will work closely with both the Customer success and Marketing team.
Your main responsibilities
- Take ownership and represent Mynt in our customer interface
- Complete all aspects of the business development cycle, including prospecting/cold calls, discovery, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation and relationship development
- Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level execs and conduct a well-defined, consultative sales process
Qualifications
- +2 years experience within sales
- Proven, creative and results-driven closer to win business at the C-Level
- Have strong organization and time management skill
- Have experience from a startup environment and are comfortable working within a fast paced environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Have a high energy level
