Mynt’s digital software combined with credit cards eliminates manual admin for businesses. About the Role

As we are scaling up fast, the Head of Finance will be a critical part of our company. The ability to track our financial performance, oversee accounting, make strategic financial choices, debt refinancing, and corporate structure are key aspects of our company's success. 

As Head of Finance, we expect you to have experience from a fast pace high growth environment or other relevant fields. Having an excellent understanding of accounting is a requirement and having experience as an accountant is preferred. You are passionate about working operational and hands on at a scale-up and enjoy growth environment. 

We are a data-driven company and we would like you to be hands on in our business modelling, accounting, and enjoy building up the Finance team over time.

Your main responsibilities

• Overall responsible of financial reporting, including management reports
• Oversee our accounting processes
• Data-driven business modelling and KPI development leveraging our BI tools
• Setting up a corporate structure to enable international growth
• Managing and continuing to build up an excellent finance team
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience 3+ years in a top finance position, at a management consultancy, as an accountant, or a high pace finance organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Highly data-driven, with advanced Excel and business modelling skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent people skills and preferably experience with people management
• Experience working in a multinational setting
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Passionate attitude and interest in being part of an amazing growth journey
