About the role
Mynt is currently looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. You will have a central role in expanding Mynt and work closely with our business partners and operational teams in order to launch Mynt on the Norwegian market.
You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, interact with our customers, and deliver top-notch service. You will work with different projects for the Norwegian market where you will research and conduct market analysis to support decision-making. You will be a part of the Customer Success team located in Stockholm and have a central role in the team to understand our product and offering. Alongside this, you will have different projects to support the launch in Norway.
The role will be located at our office in Stockholm.
Examples of various tasks
- Customer Success. Help onboard our new customers and build strong relationships with partners and customers
- Sales. Optimize partner sales with enhanced support
- Credit management. Assist the credit team in the decision-making by bringing an understanding of market practice and structures of legal entities
- Partnership management. Function as key contact with our partners
- Product. Adapt our product to a new market and language. Collect and analyze customer data
- AML and KYC
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry
- Highly effective and professional communication skills in written and verbal communication
- Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
