About Mynt

Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks for businesses. Experiencing huge growth in the Swedish and Finnish markets, we have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.
Mynt is a tech-first company with a product oriented mindset, empowering team to be their best in ideating and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
In 2022, we announced a partnership with Fortnox, integrating corporate cards within their platform. Early in 2023, a similar card-issuing partnership was announced with Accountor Group in Finland. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the role
As Senior Partnership Manager at Mynt, you will drive growth by forging strategic partnerships with banks, accounting platforms, and ERP providers. Collaborating closely with our CEO Baltsar and Head of Partnership Johannes you will manage the entire partnership cycle.
You are expected to thrive in a high pace growth environment, and have a strong background in the banking or financial services sector, particularly in partnerships or business development roles. You are passionate about working at a scale up, and enjoy a growth environment and have natural leadership and analytical skills.
You bring leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of how financial institutions operate and collaborate with tech-driven solutions.
Your main responsibilities
- Identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with a focus on banks and financial institutions, accounting and ERP providers, aligning goals with Mynt´s strategic objectives.
- Owning partnerships go-to-market distribution, planning, and metrics.
- Driving inbound leads through partnerships, optimizing performance, and collaborating on marketing activities (events, campaigns, networking).
- Enhancing commercial outcomes, fostering strong relationships for mutual success.
- Staying informed on banking and financial technology trends, positioning as a thought leader, and sharing insights for internal strategy.
Qualifications
- +6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth-focused roles within the banking sector, fintech industry, or related high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial success through partnerships and sales activities.
- Strong understanding of bank systems, operations, and partnership structures.
- Highly data-driven, with advanced Excel and business modeling skills.
- Strong customer orientation and successful negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement.
