About Mynt

Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks for businesses. Experiencing huge growth in the Swedish and Finnish markets, we have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.
Mynt is a tech-first company with a product oriented mindset, empowering team to be their best in ideating and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
In 2022, we announced a partnership with Fortnox, integrating corporate cards within their platform. Early in 2023, a similar card-issuing partnership was announced with Accountor Group in Finland. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the Role
Mynt is currently looking for a Norweigan speaking Sales & Business Developer to join our growing team. You will have a central role in expanding Mynt and work closely with our expansion to the Norwegian market.
In your role as Sales & Business Developer you will take the responsibility to develop our business, mainly interacting with CEOs/CFOs. You will work with different projects to support our launch and expansion in Norway. If you want to work hard and get awarded for your efforts, we offer you an environment where we will give you our 100% commitment in supporting you to be successful!
The role will be located at our office in Stockholm, or hybrid.
Your main responsibilities
- Complete all aspects of the business development cycle, including prospecting/cold calls, discovery, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation and relationship development
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to set up meetings in the Norwegian market
- Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level execs and conduct a well-defined, consultative sales process
- Take ownership, being a Mynt ambassadeur and represent Mynt in the Norwegian market

Qualifications
- Proven experience of B2B sales, specifically within the Norwegian market
- Strong customer orientation and successful negotiation skills
- Proven, creative and results-driven closer to win business at C-Level
- Have experience from a startup environment and are comfortable working within a fast paced environment
- Highly effective and professional communication skills in written and verbal communication
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
