About Mynt
Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution, on a mission to fundamentally change business banking forever. Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks relating to spending for businesses. Experiencing huge growth in the Nordic markets, with over 15 000 business customers. With growth above 100% YoY and EBITDA profitability we have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.
Mynt is a tech-first company with a product oriented mindset, empowering teams to be their best in ideating and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an E-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
In 2022, we announced a partnership with Fortnox, integrating corporate cards within their platform. Early in 2023, a similar card-issuing partnership was announced with Accountor Group in Finland. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the role
As the Head of Growth at Mynt, you will be a pivotal member of our management team, reporting directly to the CEO Baltsar. You’ll be responsible for driving and executing Mynt’s growth strategy, working across sales, marketing, and customer success to accelerate expansion and optimize revenue streams. This role is ideal for a strategic and data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about scaling innovative financial solutions.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Lead and align sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize performance.
- Optimize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion.
- Implement data-driven processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure strong market fit.
- Build high-performance teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior revenue leadership role, preferably in SaaS, or a high-growth B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success best practices.
- Experience developing and executing revenue strategies at scale.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using insights to drive growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement.
