About Mynt
Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution, on a mission to fundamentally change business banking forever. Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks for businesses. Experiencing huge growth in the Swedish and Finnish markets, we have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.
Mynt is a tech-first company with a product oriented mindset, empowering team to be their best in ideating and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
Since 2022, we’ve launched several strategic partnerships, starting with Fortnox where we integrated corporate cards directly into their platform. In early 2023, we announced a similar partnership with Accountor Group in Finland. Since then, additional integrations have gone live — including Kleer and Wint. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the role
We’re growing – and now we’re building a brand-new sales team in Norway! 🚀
Mynt is looking for driven and curious Sales & Business Developers to join our journey as we expand into the Norwegian market. This is a great opportunity to be part of establishing our local presence and building something from the ground up, as we introduce our modern financial platform to a new audience.
In this role, you’ll be part of our first local sales team in Norway – a unique opportunity to help shape how we grow in a new market. You’ll spend your time engaging with decision-makers like CEOs and CFOs, helping them understand how Mynt can simplify financial processes and support smarter growth.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and building long-term relationships. Whether it’s through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, or meetings, you’ll take initiative to open doors and lead consultative sales conversations with clarity and confidence. Beyond the sales process, you’ll represent Mynt in the Norwegian market – acting as a trusted advisor and a true ambassador for our brand.
You’ll be based at our new office in Oslo, and work closely with colleagues both locally and at our HQ in Stockholm. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where you’ll play an important role in shaping our presence in a new market and making a real impact from day one.

What you’ll be up to:
- Complete all aspects of the business development cycle, including prospecting/cold calls, discovery, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation and relationship development
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to set up meetings in the Norwegian market
- Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level execs and conduct a well-defined, consultative sales process
- Take ownership, being a Mynt ambassadeur and represent Mynt in the Norwegian market
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience of B2B sales, specifically within the Norwegian market
- Strong customer orientation and successful negotiation skills
- Proven, creative and results-driven closer to win business at C-Level
- Have experience from a startup environment and are comfortable working within a fast paced environment
- Highly effective and professional communication skills in written and verbal communication
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
