About the role
As Technical Partnership Manager at Mynt, you’ll play a central role in driving our partnership growth and shaping how Mynt integrates with banks, ERP systems, and mobility partners across the Nordics. You’ll be part of the Platform team, working closely with our tech organisation to develop new solutions and tailor integrations to partner needs.
Our product is complex, and your role is to make it simple for our partners. You’ll help them identify their needs, shape the right solutions, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. To do this, you’ll bring both commercial sharpness but also a solid technical understanding, whether gained through studies in IT/engineering or from experience in roles such as product owner within digital services.
We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, structured, and hands-on, who thrives in a high-growth environment and knows how to take strategic deals from idea to execution. This is a unique opportunity to combine business development, strategy, and technology in a high-impact role at one of the most exciting fintech scale-ups in the Nordics.
Your main responsibilities
- Identify partner needs and package the best possible solutions using Mynt’s product, ensuring both commercial and technical fit.
- Drive and grow Mynt’s partner ecosystem, strengthening key relationships (e.g. Visa, banks, ERP and mobility partners) and expanding with new ones across the Nordics.
- Take full ownership of the partner process: onboarding, solution design, co-selling, pricing, proposals, and long-term growth strategy.
- Lead negotiations and engagements with strategic partners, including RFPs, commercial models, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with our tech organisation to ensure integrations are well-designed, scalable, and aligned with partner requirements.
What we're looking for
- Experience from business development, partnerships, product management or growth, ideally in a B2B tech, SaaS or consultancy environment.
- A technical mindset: you’re comfortable working with digital solutions, understand product development, and can quickly grasp complex technical challenges for partners.
- Strong commercial sense, with the ability to connect partner needs to Mynt’s solutions and create win-win opportunities.
- Analytical and structured, confident working with numbers, funnels and KPIs to guide decisions.
- Collaborative and communicative, able to build trust with stakeholders and take space in a room in a positive way, balancing listening with selling.
- Natural leadership qualities, whether or not you’ve had formal direct reports.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.
