About the role
As the Head of Commercial at Mynt, you will be a pivotal member of our management team, reporting directly to the CEO, Baltsar. You’ll play a key role in driving and executing Mynt’s commercial strategy, working across our direct and partnership business to optimize revenue streams and build scalable, data-driven processes.
This is a senior, strategic role at the intersection of our direct and Platform business area, ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives in complex partner ecosystems and has experience in balancing strategic collaboration with hands-on execution.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Own the full P&L for existing customer and partnership segments. Work closely with Finance to forecast, budget, and consistently deliver on financial targets.
- Lead pricing and packaging strategy for both direct and platform customers, ensuring strong value propositions and scalable, repeatable commercial models.
- Define and execute commercial strategies for expansion, retention, and upsell. Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to increase adoption and value realization, while optimizing ARPU and CLV through targeted segmentation and pricing initiatives.
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships that support revenue and distribution goals. Negotiate commercial terms, renewals, and joint business plans, and actively track performance metrics and ROI for each partnership.
- Develop and implement commercial plans that support quarterly and annual revenue goals. Analyze customer and market data to improve profitability, reduce churn, and ensure scalable, efficient processes for renewals, pricing, and revenue recognition.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to align on growth priorities and advocate for the customer and partner perspective in strategic decisions.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, such as Partnerships, Commercial Operations, or P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth through existing customers and strategic partnerships.
- Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing P&L performance.
- Background in B2B SaaS, ideally within fintech, spend management, or procurement technology.
- Experience designing and executing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies across multiple channels.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite partners.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
