About the role
We’re on the lookout for ambitious Sales & Business Developers to join our growing commercial team at Mynt HQ in Stockholm. 🚀
If you get a kick out of building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving real business impact, this is your chance to jump into a fast-growing fintech that’s changing how companies handle spending and payments. You’ll be part of a driven (and genuinely fun) team where ideas move fast, ownership is huge, and your voice really matters. If you love that mix of structure, creativity, and commercial hustle - you’ll fit right in.
How you’ll make an impact
Run the full business development cycle - from first contact to closing the deal.
Reach out to mid-level and C-level execs and build strong, long-term relationships.
Bring Mynt to new companies and act as a true ambassador for what we stand for.
Spot new opportunities and help shape how we grow in the Swedish market.
What you’ll bring to the team
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
A strong mix of commercial drive, curiosity, and confidence in high-level conversations.
A creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, you make things happen.
Experience from a startup or scale-up environment (you enjoy when things move fast).
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
