About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to support our recruitment efforts while contributing to the broader people agenda. In this role, you will play an important part in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent.
You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with hiring managers to support a structured and high-quality hiring process. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to people initiatives and help create a strong employee experience at Mynt.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, offering strong opportunities to learn, develop, and gradually take on more responsibility over time.
What you’ll be up to
Own and drive the full recruitment process end-to-end
Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs and ensure high-quality hires
Manage and develop the office environment and day-to-day operations
Plan and execute internal events and team activities
Support onboarding and the overall employee experience
Handle ad hoc people/HR-related tasks
Build and strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Around +1 years of experience within recruitment and/or people/HR, preferably within tech
Experience from a fast-paced environment
A strong team player with great interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in people, performance and team development
Fluency in Swedish and English
Practical information
Parental leave cover (10 months)
Period: August 2026 - May 2027
