About the Role
At Mynt, we’re creating smart, intuitive financial tools for modern businesses — and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to grow our infrastructure team to help us scale securely, reliably, and efficiently.

As a DevOps Engineer at Mynt, you’ll play a key role in designing, maintaining, and improving our AWS-based infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the Chief Architect, other DevOps, developers, product managers, and security to ensure our systems are scalable, resilient, and secure. You have an automation mindset and understand how to build infrastructure that scales in usage and capabilities over time.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

• Work in our AWS based infrastructure, from design to operations and rearchitecting

• Manage and improve our CI/CD pipelines, internal developer tooling and deployment workflows

• Work with Terraform, ECS and Docker to build and maintain environments

• Ensure that security best practices, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery processes are in place

• Collaborate in architecture discussions and influence technical decisions

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including deep hands-on AWS expertise

• Strong skills in Linux and containerized environments (Docker)

• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ Ansible)

• A solid understanding of computer networking, the OSI model and Certificate Management

• Experience working with security, backup, and disaster recovery

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

• A Bachelor’s or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)

• Fluent in Swedish
